2008 National Mid-Market Health Insurance Survey

With the constant changes occurring in health care each year, Herbruck Alder strongly believes the best way to stay on top of such trends is to stay informed each year. Because of this changing industry, Herbruck Alder conducts an annual National Mid-Market Health Insurance Survey. This program is available to any employer interested in the benefits trends of regional and national organizations. Following the completion of the survey a customized benchmark report is produced analyzing the participant’s benefits plans compared to the current trends. Having the knowledge of the ongoing changes occurring in the employee benefits arena allows employers to find the most fulfilling and cost effective plans for their employees.

The 2008 National Mid-Market Health Insurance Survey must be completed by Monday, May 12, 2008 to receive a customized benchmark report at the seminar on June 5, 2008 at LaCentre in Westlake, OH.

Northern Ohio Employer Wellness Survey

Year after year employers are faced with increasing health care premiums. Employers are searching for cost effective strategies to help lower their costs. We have seen through an implementation of wellness programs within organizations, that screening and prevention directly lowers the frequency of treatment and costs incurred.

Herbruck Alder is on the forefront of promoting wellness to our clients. One way we are helping companies become aware of the importance of wellness is through our annual wellness survey. This survey compiles questions related to the type of wellness programs organizations are using, along with the different strategies being conducted to promote healthier living to their employees. This program provides employers with information in order to promote wellness to their employees as well as displays the cost benefits tied with healthier living.
