Select Market Group

Herbruck Alder’s business clients range in size from less than 10 to more than 4,000 employees. A company with 10 employees has very different needs from a company with 4,000 employees. Because of these varying needs, we have established the Select Market Group. The Select Market Group works specifically with our clients with less than 51 employees. These clients have unique needs because generally, the person that handles the benefits wears many other “hats”. As a result the client depends on us to provide services that a larger employer often handles internally.

The Select Market Group is comprised of a highly experienced staff that specializes in the unique needs of companies with 1-50 employees.

Herbruck Alder’s Mid and Large Market Group specializes in working with business clients with more than 50 employees.

Herbruck Alder prides itself on being a valuable resource to clients and their employees. Our services include brokerage services, onsite monthly meetings, coordination of health fairs, wellness programs, legislative compliance, renewal communication, technology resources, and more.

Each client has a different set of dynamics. For example, if a company has multiple worksites, it is important that all employees feel part of the main employee group. Herbruck Alder can help coordinate a consistent message at each location.
